  • I was recently diagnosed with a health condition & put in some medicine to help get my insulin under control. I’ve been doing a diet & tracking my meals through an app on my phone but this journal is so much easier for me! My favorite part is definitely that it has a place for me to track my water intake because that seems to be my biggest problem. I also love the fact that each day has a different inspirational quote at the top of the page. & also a spot for you to write down how you could approve the next day. This is An amazing journal to track weight loss or even just your health & your daily meals in general. Would definitely recommend a million times over!

It has all the charts that one might need to keep track of their food intake, personal body goals, or even health condition. I am using this to keep track of my daily food intake, because I feel like I have always neglected my meals. Having this organizer helps me visualize everything in one place, and I personally love the personal goals section. Since the page is placed in the few front pages, I always see them before going into the journal. Writing them down, and looking at them everyday helps reminding me my priorities in life, and made me focus more on what matters.

The design is really simplistic but aesthetically pleasing. You also get a motivational quote every day and I think that is a really cute personalized touch to the whole design. There is also a “how would I improve today” section which I think is very important and convenient if you want to reflect on your days before you go to sleep. The cover design is also very very pleasing to me. Kinda wish that it will be produced in hardcover one day though, but for the price you pay, this is marvelous!

It records your progress on what you eat for meals, water intake, exercise time, your sleep duration as well as how you feel on that day. You can see the progress you've made by comparing your initial and final weight and BMI before and after your journey. There are also tips in the first few pages and included how you can start changing into a healthy lifestyle. Plus, for every page and day, there are motivational quotes to keep you going, which I think is really cute, and the cover art is really pretty too. For a lifestyle planner and activity journal that costs less than $10, this is obviously worth it! Whether it helps turn your lifestyle around essentially depends on yourself, the book only helps record your journey.
  • Not really a fan of healthy lifestyle until I realized that I have been gaining weight in university. Before this book, I will just eat whatever I want, whenever I want to. After I started using this book, I can control the amount of food I have for each meal. For some reason, I will think of that book when I am deciding what to eat. It is especially useful for supper.   • I really like this food journal. It is exceptionally light, which makes it very easy to carry around with me. The material is also very nice to the touch and seems to hold up well to general wear and tear. I used to use my phone to log my daily food intake and exercises through MyFitnessPal, but could never stick to it because I already use my phone for so many other things. Having a separate book dedicated to just my diet and fitness truly made a difference and I haven’t failed to record in it since I first started a few weeks ago. The book even leaves room for your goals, specifically fitness goals, which I think is pretty cool and helps me to keep track on any progress I have made. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to keep their diet in check or looking to be more mindful of what they put into their bodies.
